Drunken Le Macaroon

A large crisp organic Fuji apple, covered in Binkie's specialty organic Medjool date paste (with dates that have been soaked in Disaronno liqueur), layered with Binkie's chewy organic coconut macaroons, then dipped in 72% Cacao dark chocolate and sprinkled with organic shredded coconut.
